Description

OEMETOL HS 12 is a high performance machining oil based on synthetic ester oils. The product contains special AW- and EP-additives for enhanced tool life in heavy duty machining.

Free from heavy metals, zinc, and chlorine
Very broad application area (tuning, drilling, milling, grinding etc.)
Recommended for demanding machining operations such as deep drilling, thread tapping, honing and CBN-grinding
Outstanding lubricating performance results in low tool wear and increased machine productivity
Good swarf and heat transfer due to low viscosity
Very good foaming characteristics
Excellent air release behaviour
Low emission (Noack at 250°C: 18.5%)
