Description

OEMETOL 610 GTA is a high-performance cutting oil of the latest generation, based on GTL- oils.

Advantages

● Free from organic nitrogen, heavy metals, zinc, chlorine compounds, and silicone oils (Polydimethylsiloxane, PDMS)
● Particularly suitable for very demanding applications e.g. broaching, high performance grinding
● Suitable for FE-metals and difficult-to-machine materials
● Very high flashpoint
● Excellent lubricating performance due to EP- and AW- additives, increases the machine productivity and reduce the tool wear
● Low emission
● Very good foaming characteristics
